Guitar Pickup Magnets

Guitar pickups are generally composed of one or more permanent magnets, steel pole pieces, a stack of steel laminations and wound coils. While there are infinite variations in design and assembly, most pickups are based on just a few types of magnets. We work with many guitar and pickup manufacturers both large and small and we would be happy to quote your needs. We offer magnets as well as custom stamped laminations.

Our guitar pickup magnets are specifically selected for this application.

Rods are supplied ground to finished tolerances on the OD and Length dimensions. Special care is taken when they are cut to length to avoid chips or pits on the ends which are a common complaint among pickup manufacturers.

Bars can also be supplied "rough cast" for a more vintage look. The parts are ground only on the poles, with the faces retaining sand cast marks.
