OUR COMPANY
Allstar Magnetics, LLC. is a magnetic and inductive components distributor. We offer a full line of hard and soft magnetic materials. Our primary market is OEMs and transformer manufacturers. Our customers enjoy a variety of value added services including: coating, gapping, grinding, kitting, lapping, part marking, stocking and turnkey assembly.
Allstar was started in 1989 by Pat and Cathy Boyer. Originally, the company brokered magnetic components and had no stocking inventory. Since then, Allstar Magnetics has progressed into a franchised stocking distributor with 8 major franchised lines, over 40 employees and 4 million dollars of active inventory.
The company is headquartered in Vancouver, WA with convenient access to the Port of Portland, Oregon. In 1995, Allstar Magnetics moved to its present location in the Walnut Grove Industrial Park. The 20,000 square foot facility serves as a combination of office, warehouse and production space.
In 2006, Allstar Magnetics opened Allstar Magnetics Asia Pacific in Hong Kong to service our Asian customers. We have a full
service sales office and stocking facility. Allstar Magnetics Asia Pacific is
franchised for Magnetics Inc., Ferroxcube and Vacuumschmelze in addition to
stocking other ferrite manufacturers. |
